“We recently completed a total home renovation and addition with Eagle Hill Homes and I couldn't speak more highly of the overall experience. Would and will recommend them to any and everyone who needs general contracting help. From initial consultation through final review and every step in between Eagle Hill Homes was present, accountable and extremely helpful.
The project was completed two weeks early and only slightly over budget (about 3% of the overall project). The additional costs to the project where instances that no one would have known about until the house was opened up, inspection issues and stuff we personally wanted to add on during the project. When there were issues they took complete ownership and provided phenomenal resolutions. When "fun" surprises came up and new equipment was needed only the cost of the equipment was passed along, no GC markup was added.
They're greater team and all subcontractors produce great work along with being professional, dedicated and timely. Oftentimes they would be working on our house from sun-up to sun-down 6 days a week which was something I personally wasn't expecting.
No review would be complete without mentioning the designer we worked with, Isla Swindles. My wife and I have next to zero vision or eye for design so we relied HEAVILY on Isla's recommendations and to say she delivered would be an understatement. We just provided our vision board and she took over from there. She always presented 2-3 options based on what we were looking for, gently pushed back when she thought something we wanted wouldn't work (which was much appreciated) and as we worked with her more and she got a better idea of our style she made a few recommendations that weren't in the original plan that really made the house something special.
Nick and Sam have built something special with they're practice and are able to strike the perfect balance between customer satisfaction and being a trusted advisor when it comes to what would work best for the project. You can really tell they put a lot of time and effort into their projects along with who they choose to work with from an employee and subcontractor perspective.
Again, they earned every inch of this 5 star review and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.”
