Pre-Construction Costs

Before your project begins, we provide detailed estimates for pre-construction costs such as building plans, certified plot plans, engineering fees, and building permit fees. These costs are shared with you upfront to help you plan accordingly. Once the pre-construction phase is complete on our end, these fees will be billed to you. This approach ensures clarity and helps set the foundation for a smooth project ahead.
